With proper use and maintenance, an IMC indexer, parts handler or conveyor can provide reliable service for years. Keep in mind, however, that parts wear out, machines crash and requirements change.

On-Site Repairs and Maintenance

IMC factory-trained technicians are available worldwide to repair or maintain your Camco or Ferguson product on site in your factory. Using Camco and Ferguson certified parts, these repairs come with a 90-day warranty. Our technicians are also available to perform preventive maintenance in your plant at a discounted rate.

Factory Repairs

You can return your Camco or Ferguson unit to IMC for repairs. We will fully inspect your unit to ensure the quality of all critical parts. Units are rebuilt to “as-new” specifications and come with a one-year warranty.

Certified Parts

Do you have the time and ability to repair your IMC unit yourself? Purchase Camco and Ferguson certified parts through our parts department. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Standard indexer spare parts kits are available with bearings, shims and oil seals.
